Sandy joined international real estate agency ERA in 2000 and with her sheer determination & hard work, she has consistently emerged as one of the company's Top 10 Achievers in the last few years, gaining recognition island wide as a knowledgeable professional who cares and understands all aspects or real estate, armed with absolute conviction to succeed by truly representing her client's interests to the very best of her capabilities.
2004 was a milestone year for her as she made it to the company's Top 10 Achievers. In 2005, she repeated her performance and achieved Top 10 Achievers award again. 2006 has been nothing short of phenomenal for her as she was consistently among Top 10 positions from Jan-Dec, attaining Top Achiever for 2 consecutive months in June & July. So it was no surprise that she became one of the very few in an elite group of agents in the real estate industry to achieve $1 Million sales commission in 2006! She continue her tremendous achievements in a 2007,2008 and in 2009, she made her most remarkable breakthrough by securing Top Achiever for the months of July & Sep, culminating in her being honoured as ERA Top 3 Achievers for that year. In addition, her brilliant achievements have also been recognized in the region with the ERA Asia Pacific Elite Awards.
In 2009/2010, Sandy embarked on the management path of the business by starting a dynamic team of her own. With her magnificent track records & amazing sales credentials, she was able to very quickly attract bright, young talents and even experienced agents to join her team. Her efforts were duly recognized as she received her promotion appointment to Division Director at ERA Asia Pacific Business Conference 2011 @ Resorts World Sentosa. Her philosophy & mission is to share and impart her vast experiences in the real estate industry to the newer and younger agents so that one day the agents in her team can emulate and duplicate her very own tremendous success.
